Following a brief consultation, your trainer will create a customized workout based on your goals, fitness level, and preferred training style. Private Fitness sessions are led by Davlin Marshall, an experienced fitness and wellness professional with more than a decade of experience in personal training, sports performance, and corporate wellness programming.

Whether you're maintaining your fitness routine while traveling or looking to energize your stay, The Spa at The Windsor Court now offers private, one-on-one fitness sessions designed around your individual goals. Conveniently held at the hotel, these private sessions bring expert coaching directly to you, making it easy to prioritize your well-being without leaving the property.
