Spa Policies
Check In

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. To take full advantage of our facility and amenities, you are also invited to arrive early or stay after your scheduled treatment.

Cancellation and Late Policy

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full rate. To avoid inconveniencing other spa guests, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Technician Preferences

If you would like to request a specific technician, or if you prefer a male or female therapist, please notify the reservations agent upon booking.

Health Concerns

For us to best customize your experience, please let us know if you are currently under a physician’s care or have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies, disabilities, recent surgeries or other acute conditions.


Massage services are provided to guests 18 years and older. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 18 during facial treatments. Children may not be left unattended in the spa, fitness center or pool area.

Payment and Gratuities

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards for payment of services. Gratuity is automatically included at 20%.

Gift Cards

Gift cards for spa services and retail products are available for purchase via phone, online or in-person. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.

Cell Phones

Please silence all cell phones before entering the spa, and keep all conversations to a minimum.

Spa Packages and Parties

Spa packages and parties can be customized for any occasion or group size.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or in the safe provided in your hotel room.
