Where is the hotel located?

The Windsor Court is located in the heart of New Orleans’ Central Business District, just steps from the historic French Quarter.

What is the cost of parking for hotel guests?

Overnight parking is $53+ tax per night and includes unlimited in/out privileges.

Are there any parking restrictions?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate oversized vehicles, buses, RV’s and trailer attachments.

Does the hotel allow pets?

Yes, we welcome pets up to 40 pounds. A plush pet bed with food and water bowls are provided for use during the stay. A non-refundable fee of $150 does apply for post-departure deep cleaning of the accommodations.

Are there ADA Accessible accommodations?

Yes, The Windsor Court offers ADA Accessible rooms.

Is smoking permitted in any accommodations?

The Windsor Court is a 100% smoke-free property.

What are the pool hours?

The rooftop pool is open to registered hotel guests daily, from 6am to 10pm.

Does the hotel have a pool bar?

Yes, The Pool Bar opens seasonally at 11am (weather permitting) and is currently offering table-side food and beverage service.

What type of equipment is available in the Fitness Center?

The Fitness Center offers Precor cardio machines equipped with personal monitors, Peloton bikes, TechnoGym Equipment, weight machines, exercise balls and free weights.

Do the guest rooms offer a refrigerator and/or microwave?

All suites are equipped with a miniature refrigerator and microwaves are available upon request on a complimentary basis.

Does The Grill Room offer brunch?

Jazz Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 2pm. Live jazz by The Christopher Kohl Trio featured from 11am to 2pm.

What are the hours for room service?

Room service is available 24 hours a day.

What time is check-in and check-out for the hotel?

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is at noon. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Do I need to be a guest of the hotel to use The Windsor Court Spa?

The Windsor Court Spa is open to the public and hotel guests; reservations are required.

What are the onsite photography & videography policies?

Personal and Non-Commercial Photography: Personal, non-commercial photography is allowed in public areas with handheld cameras only. Professional photography requiring equipment that may obstruct foot traffic is not permitted in the lobby, The Polo Club, The Grill Room, guest hallways, or the pool deck. We reserve the right to withdraw consent for photography at any time.

Weddings and Events: The 23rd floor is reserved exclusively for weddings and events held on the property. Unauthorized use of these areas will incur a $1,000.00 rental fee. Parties hosting wedding ceremonies and receptions onsite are granted priority access to photo areas, with sessions confirmed 10 days prior. Unauthorized professional photographers or videographers will be asked to leave.

Contracted Events: Professional photography/videography is allowed for contracted events, meetings, and conventions taking place onsite.

Media Coverage: Members of the news media should contact our Marketing and Communications Manager in advance. Official press credentials are required.

How far are Bourbon Street and the French Quarter from the hotel?

The French Quarter is one block from the hotel and Bourbon Street is approximately four blocks away.

Is luggage storage available?

Complimentary luggage storage is available for registered guests.

Does the hotel accept packages on behalf of guests? If so, is there a cost?

The hotel does accept packages on behalf of registered guests at no additional charge. However, in compliance with Louisiana state law, the hotel will not accept delivery of any packages or shipments containing wine or other alcoholic beverages.

Does the hotel recognize special occasions?

Absolutely! At booking, please mention your special occasion so we may enhance your experience with a special touch or offering.

What is the hotel’s credit card or debit card policy?

The use of a credit or debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $100 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process the funds back to your account.
