The Windsor Court warmly welcomes your four-legged companions for a comfortable, customized stay.

We will provide your pets with the five-star standards our hotel is known for, creating stays that feel as memorable for them as they do for their humans. All dogs staying with us are supported by BARK Happy’s dedicated concierge team.

The Pampered Pets Program - The Windsor Court

Instead of a traditional pet fee, we implement a BARK Happy Hospitality charge of $150 per stay.

This provides for a more comprehensive suite of concierge-led services, such as:

Pre-arrival intake, capturing each dog’s profile and preferences for a truly bespoke stay
A BARK Happy amenity kit, featuring a BARK toy and treats tailored to each dog’s preferences
A dental kit and personalized welcome note
The Windsor Court bowls and bedding, as well as seasonal surprises

Pet Policies:

Please advise us of your pet’s name and breed prior to arrival.

A non-refundable $150 pet comfort amenity per stay, for up to two pets per room, will be applied. This amenity includes all pet perks listed above, an area walking map, and extra post-departure care and preparation of the accommodations for future guests.

Additional charges may apply should inadvertent damages occur.

Pets are prohibited from first and second floor restaurants and lounges, unless they are service animals. Pets are welcome to join us on the second floor seating area that faces Tchoupitoulas.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times in public areas and should not be left unattended.

Our concierge can arrange pet-sitting, walking, or grooming services.
